Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA (Monday, 01-05-2015, Gaudium Press) Making the rosary available to everyone through music is the aim of a new CD who has been just released by the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist . Following the success of their 2013 album “Mater Eucharistiae,” the Dominican Sisters of Mary have released a new edition titled “The Rosary: Mysteries, Meditations and Music”.

Listeners can follow along with the different mysteries of the rosary, which are recited and sung by the sisters themselves. Their goal is to make the rosary accessible to everyone.

Madre Assunta Long, Co-foundress of the Dominican Sisters of Mary, says: “It is an honor for me to speak about the rosary because, being a Dominican, it has always been an integral part of the Dominican order for almost 800 years, and also an integral part of the universal Church.”

“I would encourage everyone to recite the rosary. It works. Saint John Paul II said it would give you peace, it will give you contemplation. You can always pray the rosary, whether you are driving a car, whether you are on a bus or a plane. “

The Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist is a Religious Institute of Diocesan Right founded in 1997, a community of consecrated women which started with only four nuns. Now they have more than 110 sisters, including 46 final professed sisters, 38 temporary professed sisters, and 24 novices.[1] in the U.S. (JSG)
