500-kilometer Pilgrimage

The faithful are also invited to pilgrimage along the Kapoah trail, a 500-kilometer walk starting at the Ermitage Saint-Antoine du Lac Bouchette Shrine. Along the route, pilgrims can stay in various monasteries. On average, this journey takes a month to complete, ending at the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Quebec.

As part of the celebratory activities, three praise concerts and visits to founding communities, such as the Ursuline nuns’ school or the hospital of the Hospitaller Augustinians, are planned. Additionally, there will be a Holy Mass attended by all the Bishops of Canada, who will gather for their Annual Assembly. (EPC)
