The Holy See Press Office just released the Papal Christmas Calendar.
Rome – Italy (20/12/2021 9:30PM, Gaudium Press) The Holy See Press Office and Social Communications of the Vicariate of Rome have released the Papal Christmas calendar for the Diocese of Rome, where Pope Francis is Bishop, and Cardinal Angelo De Donatis is vicar.
Christmas
During this period, the Eucharistic celebration in the Diocese of Rome will be presided over by Cardinal Angelo De Donatis. On December 24, Christmas Mass will occur at the Basilica of St. John Lateran at 6:30 pm.
Feast of the Holy Family
The following day, December 25, Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11 am in the parish of Santa Maria in Domnica alla Navicella. On December 26, Feast of the Holy Family, Holy Mass will be again celebrated at 10.30 am in the Basilica of St John Lateran.
Solemnity of Mary Most Holy Mother of God
On December 31, at 5 pm, Solemnity of Mary Most Holy Mother of God, Cardinal De Donatis, will attend vespers and Solemn ‘Te Deum. The celebrations will be presided over by Pope Francis.
Prayer for the Synodal Way
Finally, on Sunday, January 9th, 2022, at 7 pm, Cardinal De Donatis will preside a prayer for the Synodal Way at the Basilica of St John Lateran. (EPC)
