There is a considerable difference in the number of people who believe in God with absolute certainty in Europe.

Newsroom (July 28, 2022, 10:40 AM, Gaudium Press) Europe is the continent where people are generally less religious, compared to other parts of the world. Despite this, there is a considerable difference in the number of people who believe in God with absolute certainty on this continent.
A map created by the Landgeist website, with data from the Pew Research Center, analyzes data from 34 European countries. It is important to note that this information does not necessarily show how religious a country is.
Western and Northern Europe
The lowest percentage of people who believe in God is located in Western and Northern Europe. The country with the lowest percentage in Europe is Germany with 10%. Among Germans, 11% say religion is very important in their lives, 24% say they attend services at least monthly, 10% say they believe in God with absolute certainty, and 9% say they pray daily.
The countries that have the highest percentage in Western and Northern Europe are Finland and Ireland, with 23% and 24% respectively. Among Finns, 10% say that religion is very important in their lives and that they attend services on a monthly basis. 18% say they pray daily and 23% say they believe in God with absolute certainty. In Ireland, 37% say they attend services at least monthly, 24% say they believe in God with absolute certainty, 23% say religion is very important in their lives, and 19% say they pray daily.
Rest of Europe
The percentage for the rest of the European continent is between 25% and 40%. The highest percentages are found in Poland, Portugal and southeastern Europe. In Moldova (55%), Croatia (57%), Serbia (58%), Greece (59%) and Romania (64%), the majority of the population believes in God. Bosnia and Herzegovina has by far the highest percentage in Europe (66%).
Bosnia’s religious profile is divided as follows: 46% of adults are highly religious, 54% say religion is very important in their lives, 35% say they attend services at least monthly, 32% pray daily, and 66% say they believe in God with absolute certainty. (EPC)
