St. Albert showed throughout his life that science and reason allow us to know and to go deeper into the horizon of faith.

Doctor of the Church and master of the Angelic Doctor, St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Albert is known for his love of science and study.

Prayer to Saint Albert the Great

O God, source of all wisdom, who communicated great science and holiness to St. Albert the Great, grant that all Christian teachers and scientists, with the help of St. Albert, together with human and natural knowledge, may know how to transmit to their students also the divine science that is summed up in justice and charity or love for God and neighbor.

O God, through the intercession of Saint Albert the Great, bless teachers and students.
We ask you this, through Jesus Christ, your Son, in the Unity of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Saint Albert the Great, pray for us.
