In this photo, the Pope is seen from behind, seated in a wheelchair, wearing a white alb and purple stole, during a prayer moment after co-celebrating Mass at the Gemelli Polyclinic. This marks the first public photo of the Pope since his hospitalization on February 14, 2025.
Pope Francis’ Health Update – Stable Yet Complex Condition
Despite his ongoing recovery, the Vatican Press Office has informed that Pope Francis’ health remains stable. However, medical professionals have stated that his condition continues to be complex. The Pontiff has been receiving daily respiratory and motor therapy while spending his time praying, resting, and engaging in light work. Importantly, he did not receive visitors during this period.
