Multilingual Rosary at the Vatican

Each of the mysteries of the Rosary was recited in a different language: Chinese, Ukrainian, English, Italian, and Polish. The reflections were taken from Karol Wojtyla Easter messages, delivered during in 1990, highlighting John Paul II legacy.

The prayer was led by students from the academic pastoral care in Rome. This event, created by the initiative of the faithful themselves, featured music by the ‘Gaudium Poloniae’ choir directed by Sister Martyna Proszek from the Church of Saint Stanislaus in Rome.

Among those present was Monsignor Pawel Ptasznik, president of the Administrative Council of the John Paul II Foundation and rector of the Church of Saint Stanislaus. Thanking the faithful for their presence, the priest urged them to continue praying in their families and communities.

“We thank God for the person of Saint John Paul II who, as years ago, unites us in prayer in this international community, but especially the Polish one, and we are certain that He prays with us for our intentions,” stated Monsignor Pawel Ptasznik.
